Mrs. Bessie Virginia "Jean" Kilpatrick of Longview, TX passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Longview, TX. She was 80. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Jerry Wilkes officiating. Burial will follow in Wesley Chapel Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends Thursday at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until service time. She is survived by her son, Douglas Dry, Longview, TX; daughter, Christine Hall, Longview; grandson, Jessie Hall, Longview; granddaughters, Norma Jean "Jeanie" Pepper, Longview, Julie Nix and Dana Nix, both of Gilmer, TX; great grandchildren, Brittny Peden, Christina Pepper and Ricky Pepper, Jr; great-great grandchildren, Madelin Phelps and Raylee Fletcher; brother, Jack McRee, Tyler, TX and a sister, Doris Painter, Tyler, TX.
